Refund Policy

Returns window #

Good to know: You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items #

  • Customized or perishable goods.
  • Items marked “final sale”.
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error.

How to start a return #

  1. Email zenrock.shilajit@gmail.com with your order ID and reason.
  2. We will provide return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship items back within 7 days of approval.

Tip: Use the original packaging where possible to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds #

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original method (or as store credit) within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges #

For size or item exchanges, contact us first to confirm stock.

Shipping returns #

Unless we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping. Use a trackable service; we’re not responsible for lost return parcels.
